Supervisor Bundle

This bundle provides advanced training for security professionals serving in supervisory roles, strengthening the legal knowledge, communication skills, judgment, and leadership awareness needed to oversee security operations effectively. The training covers public relations, liability and legal aspects, arrest, search and seizure, handling difficult people, workplace violence prevention, and California SB 553 workplace violence prevention requirements. Participants strengthen their ability to manage challenging interactions, recognize and address developing threats, understand legal responsibilities and limitations, and support personnel in following appropriate security and violence-prevention procedures. Together, these courses build the professional judgment, risk awareness, communication, and decision-making skills needed to supervise security personnel responsibly and support safe, compliant, and effective operations.
