This module focuses on building professional, appropriate, and respectful relationships between security personnel and students in educational environments. Participants will explore how demeanor, verbal communication, body language, gestures, and instructional techniques can influence student cooperation, trust, and campus safety. The training emphasizes maintaining professional boundaries while communicating clearly and respectfully with young people, particularly when providing directions or addressing challenging situations. By completing this module, participants will be better prepared to establish positive interactions with students, communicate instructions effectively, and support a safe, orderly, and respectful learning environment.
