45F BSIS Code and Regulations

This module provides security professionals with a clear understanding of the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) codes and regulations governing private security operations in California. Participants will examine licensing requirements and license types, mandatory training and renewal procedures, requirements for maintaining valid credentials, and appropriate procedures for reporting observed violations or concerns. The training also addresses professional incident-reporting standards and applicable reporting timelines. By completing this module, participants will strengthen their understanding of the legal and procedural requirements established by BSIS and be better prepared to maintain compliance and professional standards while performing private security duties in California.
