45D Crimes Against Property

This module prepares security professionals to recognize, prevent, and respond appropriately to property-related crimes within educational environments. Participants will examine destruction of employee and school property, vandalism under applicable California Penal Code provisions, unauthorized duplication of keys, and destruction of library property. The training emphasizes identifying suspicious activity, protecting school assets, accurately documenting incidents, and supporting investigations when property crimes occur. By completing this module, participants will be better prepared to recognize property-related offenses, respond according to established procedures, and contribute to a safe and secure educational environment through effective prevention, observation, and reporting.
