Your organization is the shared workspace where you manage employees, licenses, and compliance settings.

Create your organization

During onboarding, you’ll be asked to create an organization. Pick a name your team recognizes.

• Organization name: what your team sees in the app.
• Alias: a short, URL-friendly identifier used in links.

Invite teammates and choose roles

After your org is created, invite additional users so they can help manage employees and stay on top of compliance.

• Add managers who should receive compliance notifications and have access to org settings.
• Add employees when they should manage their own license and training experience.

Once your organization exists, the fastest path to value is adding your employees and their license numbers.
