47F Detecting Unusual Behavior

This module equips security professionals with the observation and awareness skills needed to identify behaviors that may indicate potential violence or security risks. Participants will examine common stressors, concerning behaviors, observable behavior clusters, and appropriate procedures for reporting suspicious activity. The training emphasizes recognizing patterns and behavioral indicators without profiling or making unsupported assumptions, while documenting observations clearly, objectively, and professionally. By completing this module, participants will be better prepared to recognize developing concerns, report unusual behavior appropriately, and support early intervention and proactive workplace violence prevention efforts.
