Notifications help your team stay ahead of expirations and compliance follow-ups. Settings are managed at the organization level.

Where to configure notifications

In your organization, open Settings. Depending on which features are enabled, you may see tabs like:

• Manager Notifications
• Employee Notifications

Suggested defaults

• Start with manager notifications enabled so at least one person is accountable for follow-up.
• Enable employee notifications when you want employees to receive reminders directly.
• Revisit settings after your first week of usage and adjust based on noise vs. coverage.
