Laws & Liabilities Part 2
This course provides comprehensive training on professional documentation, decision-making, liability, and workplace relationships within private security and educational environments. Participants will develop effective incident report-writing skills, examine how operational decisions can increase or reduce legal exposure, and explore personal, contractor/employer, criminal, and civil liability affecting security professionals and security companies. The course also addresses professional communication and relationship-building with students and educational staff, emphasizing appropriate boundaries, cooperation, and effective coordination. By completing this course, participants will be better prepared to document incidents accurately, make responsible decisions, recognize and reduce liability risks, and maintain professional relationships that support safe, lawful, and effective security operations.
