74H Intro to Emergency Response

This module provides security professionals with foundational knowledge of emergency response procedures and the role security personnel play during critical incidents. Participants learn how to recognize emergency conditions, assess immediate risks, communicate effectively, follow established emergency procedures, and coordinate with supervisors, emergency services, and other responding personnel. The training emphasizes situational awareness, maintaining personal and public safety, and making appropriate decisions as conditions evolve. By understanding basic emergency response priorities and procedures, security professionals will be better prepared to respond calmly, efficiently, and professionally during unexpected or high-risk situations.
