This module examines the responsibilities of security professionals working on private property that allows public access, including educational campuses, sporting events, auditoriums, and school-hosted activities. Participants will explore the legal framework governing these environments, the role and responsibilities of security personnel, and appropriate responses to common incidents involving members of the public. The training emphasizes balancing enforcement responsibilities with professional communication, customer service, and respect for lawful public access.
