46H Relationships with Education Staff

This module focuses on the professional relationships security personnel must maintain with administrators, teachers, counselors, maintenance personnel, and other staff in educational environments. Participants will explore how demeanor, verbal communication, body language, and professional conduct contribute to effective coordination and productive working relationships. The training also addresses communicating with staff when receiving instructions, supporting daily campus operations, and maintaining professionalism during routine and emergency situations. By completing this module, participants will be better prepared to collaborate effectively with educational staff, communicate clearly and respectfully, and support a coordinated culture of safety and professionalism throughout the campus.
