47D Introduction to Crowd Manager Training

This module introduces security professionals to the fundamental principles of crowd management for events, public gatherings, and other environments involving large groups of people. Participants will examine different types of events and crowds, the responsibilities of a crowd manager, and the importance of recognizing changing crowd conditions and potential safety risks. The training also addresses the identification and reporting of suspicious activity through Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs).
